Do not know if this will help, but give this a try: select the EZ8000 manual, maybe the EZ6000 and EZ8000 are similar --- also check to see if that other part numbers are listed on your keyboard and do a new search

Please provide us the complete brand and model number of your wireless keyboard and mouse, so that we could search for the exact user manual of your device.
The model number of the dedicated micros dvr would be helpful. But for most older dvrs need cd-r. Not cd+r. If after using the proper cd you still can't burn the cd then you may need to replace the cd drive. It's a pretty simple procedure to change out the cd drive. Hope this helps.
