I think your phone is locked your network. there are many ways to unlock a phone. you can unlock it using software or hardware or through codes. if you ask me the codes are the best way to unlock it. unlocking through codes is the best and simple way to unlock any phone. i got my phone unlocked through this method only. you can get the codes either from your service provider or from any other service providers. getting codes from your service provider can be got only if your phone is within 6 months of the contract period.. i got the codes from a third party Prounlocking.com provider

Lg420g SIM unlock code
Go buy from online unlock code seller, they sell a lot of unlock code and you can found your LG420G unlock code in there. No one will give you free lg unlock code even you request that code in your network provider, they still takes a charge for your unlock code and more costly rather than buy from third party sites.

Showing LG420G on screen can't get any other place
Hello,

the start up files of your LG420G is corrupt, that's why it can't boot pass the welcome display.

Turn your phone off, remove it battery and SIM card (if any), leave the phone some house and turn it back on.

If it still does the same, then the only fix to this problem is flashing the phone.

Flash your phone and it will come back to normal. Flashing the phone helps to delete the previous corrupted files and re-install a fresh one.

How do you set the time on the LG420G?
This is what I did to set time on lg420g:
-turn off phone
-remove battery for a little while
-put in battery and turn on.

You can't set the time manually in any settings.
It does it automatically.

Do not enter any code into your phone. The PUK code is a code that your service provider has and not one that you would know or have in your manual. If your an AT&T customer they do provide PUK on their website. If you have entered in a code and the phone is now saying PUK blocked you'll have to go to store to purchase a new SIM card.

My puk is block
Go & take it to the company your phone is with. Usually, the puk code is on the packet that your sim card came with. Because you kept messing with the puk code, your sim is now blocked. You may have to get a new sim card, but its best to do some web searchinq or go & take it to Vodafone (if thats the place your phone was bought from)

sign up with the vodafone website if you have not allready. this will tell you what your puk code is, try it!
