If you were able to open emails earlier then this will work.
If you are using Windows XP


Let windows boot and log in to windows.

Go to 'Start'--->Programs--->Accessories--->System Tools--->Click 'System Restore'


A 'System Restore' window will appear.

Here you will have to check "Restore computer to an earlier time' and click Next


Now you will find one Month Calendar window with Dates below, go to the previous month by clicking the '


Note: It is better if you could remember from which date you are facing the issue, try to select a date prior to that date.


The detail of that particular date should show "System Checkpoint" and time on the right hand side box. Select that date.


Now, Click on Next and System Restore will start and windows will take a reboot.

After reboot your problem should be resolved.



If you are using Windows 7

1. Open the Start Menu.

A) Click on All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and System Restore.


2. Open the Control Panel (All Items View).

A) Click on the Recovery icon.
B) Click on the Open System Restore button.


A 'System Restore' window will appear. Here you will have to check "Restore computer to an earlier time'


A) Click on the Next button


Now you will find a window with Dates, Description and Type,

Note: It is better if you could remember from which date you are facing the issue, try to select a date prior to that date.


The detail of that particular date should show "System Checkpoint" and time on the right hand side box. Select that date.


Now, Click on Next and System Restore will start. Click on the Finish button and windows will take a reboot.

I can not open my downloaded emails

download but not open, apparently the email program is corrupt.
remove it, (uninstall it reboot to clean the memory) reinstall you email client... then let it DL all emails and then you should be able to open.

    If you see a blank page, try to hit Refresh button several times. This is very common problem with opening email to Yahoo. If it still does not work, try to clear cookies and cache. Also, try to flush your DNS by opening a command prompt, type:

    ipconfig /all

    and press Enter.

    Then try opening your email in a new browser.
