Get a sewer hook up kit for it from an RV store.

There is a small black rubber drain plug located on the lower front of one of the pontoons. Pry the plug out gently with your fingers. Use something to carefully pry it out if your fingers can't do it. After most of the water is out, you can tip the boat to drain the rest. Put the plug back in. A screwing motion to insert the drain plug seems to help, even though they are no threads on it. Always store your boat upside down and covered. Good luck!
