SC 555 is the main motor error. the main motor needs replacing. its the only solution. the main motor fits at the back of the machine. if you open the back cover, you will be able to see it.

u need a servise engineer to reset/fix it

make sure the pfone cable connected to line socket not phone
when u go to fax screen on the copier there should be a on hook dial key somewhere on the controll panel,press it and see if u get a dial tone if none the line is dead or the fax option on the copier brocken.If thats the case ull need a new fax option probably.
Try unpluging the copier from power complectly for a few seconds,long shot but u never know.

To make multiple copies, put your original on the glass, press the number key for the number of copies you want, and hit the green Start button. If you have Sort, Stack, Staple, or Duplex selected (or if they are selected by default), you'll have to press # to tell the machine that you don't want to copy other originals as well.

The best way to add a computer is to first add a printer on your server, then share the driver out to the network.

Make sure that a user code is not programmed in the copier itself. If it is programmed, the print driver on the computer must also contain the code.

this code can be entered in the properties menu under the "access" tab

Enter in the user tools.Enter SP mode then enable the user code mode by selecting SET.Turn OFF the power switch.Remove the plastic cap on the right upper cover.Conect the key counter shortcircuit connector and turn ON the main switch.Reset the user code and turn OFF the machine and disconnect the shortcircuit connector.Turn ON the main switch and check the operation.

if it is still working, dont worry.it can be due to the copier resetting or going in standby mode.if the beeping worries you, you can turn it off.

Hello sir; Go make a copy let paper jam again, do not remove the paper, check the jamming paper area see there have any paper chip stuck in the paper path, clear it, otherwise cleanup roller with alcohal.
