This is a generic type answer, but, most of these washers have a pump to pump out the water. If some small thing like a hairpin gets in there it will collect lint and plug the outlet of the pump. Or the impeller to the pump may break. Access the pump, remove it, and look for the problem there. Make sure the belt drive to it is working or it will pump no water. I hope this helps. I assume you meant by "plugged drain", that no water is getting pumped out. I have seen this problem in Kenmore washers in the past.

Unfortunately, that usually means that the pump needs to be replaced. Open the washer again and look inside the pump area. Check if the impeller can move freely and is mounted on its shaft. If there is anything blocking the impeller, then remove the object and try again. Also check if the pressure switch tubing is clear. Remove the top of the washer and look near the back of the unit. You should see a tube attached to the switch. Remove the tube and blow through it. Check the ball valve for the drain for any foreign objects; this is just after the pump and before the drain hose. If there was anything blocking these parts, test the washer cycle again. Check the wiring for the pressure switch and the CCU. If there were no blockages and the drain pump impeller moved freely, replace the drain pump. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

F 01 is a bad control board, you dont reset, replace board

F01 indicates a failed electronic control board. You may be able to clear this code by unplugging the washer for 5 minutes. If the code returns after plugging, then the electronic control board will need to be replaced.
