I recommend you follow
these malware removal protocols, at least up through step 4, and then if you're still having issues create a post with a request for help

here, so someone can have a look at your logs and see what's up with your system. As you probably already know, if you google that error message you get a lot of hits, and without more info it's hard to isolate the cause, but scanning with MBAM will be a good start. If that doesn't take care of it we need more details anyway.
