Compressor quit working

I was inflating my car tire after it went flat. Heard a sizzle and I immediately stopped it. However, after charging it back up, over night, the compressor still does not work.

It sounds like it burnt out, unless there is a fuse someware in the unit. Were you filling the tire while it was mounted on the vechicle. I had one in a couple of my vechicles over the years, and you really need to remove the tire, or they are actually lifting the car, which they are not meant to do.

Left rear tire is flat and not seated on the rim

If the tire is not damaged and will hold air then you may be able to reseat the tire. One method if you do not have proper tools or do not want to go to a tire shop is to lubricate the sine of rim with a dish soap solution to make it slippery. Take a ratchet holddown strap and run it around the tire and tighten it to force the beads of the tire onto the rim. Then use a compressor to inflate the tire and the beads should snap back onto the rim. Once that is done, remove the strap, remount the tire on the tractor and inflate to the proper level.

I am trying to inflate flat tire and can't get it to inflate with air master air compressor 59008. what am I doing wrong?

Jack the car up on the side you want to inflate to get the weight off of it. No compressor that i know of that plugs into a cigarette lighter is strong enough to inflate a flat tire under that much weight.

My ( ! ) light stays on

Hi there:
Is your TPMS Warning Light On? The Tire Pressure Monitor System monitors the inflation pressure of the tires on your vehicle. If the pressure inside any tire drops 25 percent or more below its recommended inflation pressure, the warning light comes on to alert you.

Should you stop driving and check your tires immediately? It would probably be wise to find a safe place to stop or pull over so you can check the tires. You may just have a low tire that has been slowly seeping air over a period of time. Or, you may have a tire that is going flat. The TPMS Warning Light only tells you the pressure is low in one of the tires, not how fast the tire is losing pressure.

Important: Check the pressure in ALL of your tires, not just the one that triggered the TPMS Warning Light. Why? Because you may have other tires that are also low, but not low enough to trigger the warning light.
If you discover that one or more tires are low, add air to bring them back up to the recommended inflation pressure for your vehicle. You can find this information on a decal which may be mounted in a door pillar, the glovebox, or in your owners manual (which you should carry in your glove box).

On a 2004 Lincoln Navigator. Where is the suspension compressor relay located. My vehicle was working fine. After I stopped to get something to eat, as I turn my vehicle On the lights flickered and the air...

Okay the switch is in the back trunk area(I know it a SUV) in the back where you access the jacking tool youll see the switch make sure its on. Now some Navigator some have a shrader valve to pump up the suspension on the front area on driver side. As for the relay you might have to use a enhance scan tool to command it.By the way do you have a misfire?because if there is a misfire it will not inflate or a ABS light on? thse will also cause the suspension to not inflate

MY COMPESSOR GAGE SHOWS 135 PSI AND 135 ON THE OUT PUT GAGE BUT I CAN,T INFLATE MY MOTORHOME TIRES TO THE REQUIRED 110#.DO I NEED A LARGER COMPRESSOR?I CAN,T FIND ANY LEAKS.

It is possible that the compressor psi as it is running drops below the tire psi creating a standoff. You must maintain air compressor psi over 110 to fill a tire to 110psi. Add air to your tire but stop when the compressor motor starts to run. When the motor stops then continue to add air until the compressor motor starts and again stop airing up the tire. Repeat as needed.

Craftsman 30'' mower front tire off rim can't put back on

hello...is the tire loose but still on the rim...the sidewalls no longer engage the rim tight to hold air but still aroung the rim loose....If that's the case, get a jack, can of fix a flat, and a small ratcheting hold down strap.....jact the tire off the ground.....wrap the strap around the tire and ratchet it tight to get the beads of the tire to touch the rim....then commect the fix a flat or, if you have ,,,air from compressor to inflate the tire,,,,might have to work it a little to get the tire to reseat on the rim....this should work for you....once the tire is seated on the rim....stop inflating the tire until you remove the strap or you migh have a problem getting it to release from the tire if fully inflated....

Turned on the tv, heard sizzling sound and it immediately shut itself off. Won't turn on now. It had been turning itself off periodically now and then for the last couple of weeks with no noise and then...

sounds like dust collected on the internal parts which after enough time can cause it to stop working. either have tv repair specialists replace the mother board, or replace tv
