B4600, "Install Toner, Toner Missing" Error
Hello,
I had a customer with that problem and the issue was the toner cartridge. If you take it out of the photoconductor unit and look on the end there should be a metal connector tab. If you look on the left side of the photo unit you will see metallic contact points that need to connect to the metal tab. Oki has several toners that will physically fit in the B4600 but they have to be the ones with the metal tab to work right or you get the error. The correct toner part numbers are: 43502301 or 43502001
Check your toner for the tab is that is not the problem, get back with me and we can go from there.

Okidata b 4600 keeps saying change drum
You will need to replace the printer's drum cartridge. Just google oki b4600 drum to get hold of one. In the package will be a reset routine to follow when you do this.
OKI b410d error 382
That is a paper jam code. Reopen the cover, and clear all paper jams. Close the cover, and then I would reset the machine by turning it off and on if the code continues. http://www.german-parts.de/oki_manual/paperjam/stau_b400_series.pdf
Oki b410d printer has a new toner cartridge however it is still printing inconsistently on the page?
Open the lid. Mounted under the lid you should see a horizontal bar which is actually the laser [LED]. Once your toner cart has emitted, enough loose toner has accumulated on the laser that it can no longer draw on the page correctly. Using something soft and barely dampened with water [use a soft cotton cloth, NO PAPER PRODUCTS, no dirty rags, etc] and wipe gently from L to R to remove the loose toner. Turn to a clean section of the cloth and do it once more. GENTLY! No pressure, do not scrub it, or you can damage the laser. Close the lid and print something. You should be back to good now.
