washer has a bad lid switch, replace lid switch

There are numerous videos on Youtube which will show you step by step how to replace the lid switch. Just type "Kenmore Lid Switch Replacement" in the Youtube search box

It could be the door lock mechanism is beginning to malfunctioning. It is supposed to enguage before the high speed spin.

Maybe loose switch

Could be the belt worn or pulley worn causing slippage

check water inlet value. also check that the hose is not blocked at the value where they screw on. there are screens that get blocked clean with old tooth brush

One possible cause. Someone is pouring fabric softener in the washer's Bleach bezel. Causing the bezel to become clogged and then overflow.

(1)Have the unit check for electric voltage to the element
If voltage going to the element and no heating
(2)Your heating element may be defective.
(3) Have it replace by qualified personel

I'd try putting the machine on a hot fill wash, max water level put in half a cup of baking soda when the machine starts to washer turn it off and leave it to soak overnight, then let it finish the cycle the next day. Also make sure you tip some of the hot water down the beach dispenser and clean all around the top of the machine

usually, an electric motor has a capacitor connected parallel to it whose function includes helping the motor start spinning. try replacing this with a new one. it looks like a small cylindrical can usually white or black plastic or aluminum metal that is about two inches in diameter and about 4 - 5 inches tall with a pair of wires snapped onto it. pull this out and bring it to a hardware shop when buying for a replacement.
