Hi Brendan, Your LineLazer is probably single stroking. This means that one of the 2 valves is not closing properly so that the pump is only working on the down or the up stroke. You need to switch off, depressure and open up the pump lower by knocking the lugs on the conical housing. Be careful not to lose any parts and note their order. clean out the inlet velve parts where the problem is usually found. With the inlet valve housing removed check the outlet valve in the end of the piston; use a small screwdriver and a torch; you will have lie on your back to do this. Not being sure about this model but do you have the air hose connected to the tire vent and does it meet the minimum requirements? This may be the only way that the compressor can know how much pressure is in the tire and to start counting.

I have not been able to purchase replacement parts for these nail guns , however, have repaired them using parts from Bostitch framers and or just make the part. If the seal fits over the top of the cylinder, then try using seal from Bostitch framer part #N70155 fits a bit tight but works. Heat with a hair dryer to soften and install. If the seat is incorporated within the head valve, just dig it out and replace it with liquid two part urethane. Just mix and pour it in. After cleaning out the old seal, place head valve on level surface and pour in the mixed urethane till slightly over full to give the seal a nice crown. The finish nailer might also be repaired using other brand of seals. Remove the old part and take it to service center for a possible match. Good luck with your repair.
