I don't know without looking it up, but if your table is belt driven, pull up the rubber mat by the motor pulley and see if the belt is still on. I don't know what you mean by "tonearm clutch" belt. Good day. I assume that you have lifted the platter off the table. On the inside of the platter you will notice a second ring, or rim. the belt should be put on the outside of the second rim while the platter is still in your hands. Next, slide back the platter and look for the spindle running the platter through one of the big holes in the platter. Slip the belt onto the spindle and turn with your hand to make sure it runs freely. Hope this helps

My Marantz 6110 wasn't working right. I had it repaired at a stereo store. They told me the grease was old and had hardened which made it difficult to operate the way it was supposed to. They cleaned it and used new grease. It's been working great for the last 10 years. I hope this helps.

As you Marantz 6025 is a belt drive type turntable, the most possible problem is that the belt has been cut or destroyed. You can check it out before order a new one.
Here is the replacement procedure. Pull up the rubber mat, pull up the platter and find the belt. If the belt is removed from the platter, replace it with the glossy side outward. Pull the platter back at the original position. Turn until one of the 2 big openings come over the motor pulley. With your finger place the belt from the platter at the motor pulley. Pull the rubber mat back. You are ready. Here is a schematic for all the above:

There will be a pre-amp in the turntable too, presumable you have checked the cartridge, and the everything on the turntable for bad connections?
If yes take the base off and check the pre-amp.

above is a generic video that applies to almost all belt driven turntables including yours that will show how to install the belt and a few other things. the website shown in the video lists your belt under the "find my player" button on the left side of that site.

CD/DVD players use a protocol; Open tray. Insert disk. Tray switch tells mechacon that the tray is shut. Attempt to focus on disk. If focus is acheived, then it will spin up and try to read the disk otherwise it will ask for a readable disk. If the tray keeps opening, I would suspect the tray detect switch is malfunctioning, maybe the drive belt has stretched.
