Hi apart from the + & - connections to the big terminals, the terminal marked "REM" or "REMOTE" needs 12 volts on it too to start the amp up.
If no joys then check the following in this order:-
ensure amp has a good 12v supply & good ground.
remove & inspect the fuses on the amp
disconnect all speakers and retest amp.
if all this stillresults in a dead amp then the only answer from here is service to the amp.
ENSURE THERE ARE NO SHORTS IN THE SPEAKER WIRING TO EACH OTHER OR VEHICLE GROUND - this will kill your amp.

IN MY OPINION I WOULDNT OWN A SOUNDSTREAM AMP NOT BY ANY MEANS KNOCKIN UR AMP BUT IVE NO GOOD LUCK W ANY SOUNDSTREAM AMP IVE EVER HAD
