Drum not draining water
you could check the drainage hose to see if there are any kinks or clogs. sometimes the water has no where to go because the hose has some material stuck inside of it.
Banging noise during final spin
Could be that one of the support struts or springs is broken. Take
off the top and back and feel the springs and support struts. If one is
broken you should be able to see it. In sister's machines, the problem was a broken spring and a broken shock absorber.
Hope helps.

hello. the belt on your machine is old, tired and worn. As a result it will only work when it is not asked to do too much. Replace the belt and the pulley and you will be good as new. If you have Sears stores nearby you can get parts there. Go to searspartsdirect.com then enter your model number and a complete parts diagram will appear. IF not, any store that sells appliances will have a source for the parts. Joe

When I load the machine
Hi
Thanks for using FixYa. To resolve the issue you’ll need
to check so many things like the filter might be clogged, exit spigot might be
clogged if the filter is clean, clogging of the path between the tub and the
pressure sensor which senses the water level in the tub. Clogging can result in
water level being incorrectly detected (may read as too high or too low) for
the stage of programme that is executing, which can result in a halt of the
programme. Please also check if some small clothing got stuck between the
tanks, bad transmission, bad thrust bearing or brake hanging. If still the
issue persists, then there should be air for passage in the standpipe on the
back of the washer. Please check that the hose should be fitted airtight into
the standpipe. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else
revert for further assistance.
Thanks

Will not drain
Hi,
To have the washing machine drain properly you would need to do the following steps:
Open the case, and disconnect the water hose from the outlet of the water pump.
If you get water pouring out from the pump, then plug that up and check the hose to the sewer. If that is clogged, then you have found the problem.
Some washers have a self cleaning filter in that hose somewhere. Check that to be sure it is working properly.
Next plug back the washing machine.
Thanks for contacting fixya.com
Won't drain or spin.
Check Lid switch/pressure switch if rest of cycle operates normally , then that can be the problem.
