Save a phone number as a VIP number on your Innovage LCD touch panel phone. Press set and save when an important number comes onto your caller identification. This makes it harder to delete the phone number by accident.

Go to the settings of your phone

the mic contact point in your phone is the problemarea. just open ur phone and re solder the mic point and the problem will b resolved

# 1: Ensure that it is not in the hands free mode. You can check by seeing that a year is at the bottom of the lcd screen...eg 2009

# 2: Press delete key to show lcd is in normal view.

# 3: Press set/save to enter the setting mode.

# 4: Use up/down to change what you want to set..eg Date, lcd brightness...ect.

# 5; When you find the function that you want, press set/save again and enter the date (or whatever you are working on) using the up/down keys. Note: up/down keys will alter whatever field is blinking. To tab to the next field, press set/save.

# 6: Press delete when you are finished to return to normal screen.

After you've logged in, in the upper right corner it says "My Profile," click it. Now in the upper left corner it says "Edit Profile," click it. Under the email field it says Password, under that it says "Change Password" click it(duh). Now just change your password!

PRSS HANDS FREE ONCE, AND THEN VOL BUTTON TO SELECT LOUDNESS LEVEL FROM HIGH TO LOW, THEN PRESS HANDS FREE AGAIN TO CONFIRM SETTING.....PRESS VOL BUTTON TO EXIT AND RETURN TO MAIN DISPLAY SCREEN. HOPE THIS HELPS - SHERRY

Install Batteries. Press Set, and you may need to look at the LCD at an angle, but you should see the year. Use Up/Down buttons to chg to 2009, press Set again. Press Select again and you'll see mo/date/time at very top of LCD...First digit will be flashing - use Up/Down to adjust, press Set. Press Delete to exit. To set Caller Announce - press Set, press Up until you see Set 8 Speech (screen is verry bad - I had to keep looking at it from an angle). Screen should show default setting of ON - use Up/Down to select On/Off - press set to confirm your slection.
The ringer volume is in the back, near the line plug-ins. Use the first plug-in for your phn line, the other for accessories (ans mach, fax, etc).
To set Ringtone, press Flash to select the music or ringtone you want. There are 16 choices. THIS IS WHERE I'M HAVING A PROBLEM: HOW THE HECK DO YOU SAVE YOUR SELECTION? MY PHONE WON'T RING! Caller announce works, but it is poor voice quality and volume. I think I've tried everything! I called the Cust Serv # given at this site 800-374-2744, and they say they can't help - that product has been discontinued and they can't even give a manufacturer name! If anyone figures how to make this phone ring, please post! As this person said, no returns/exchangs at Goody's after today.
