I don't normally work on appliances but have you checked the thermostat setting ? Maybe it's set too high. Check the door gasket. Make sure it's not damaged and that it seals properly when you close it. Sometimes the door doesn't close all the way. Make sure it does. Don't open and close too much. Make sure it hasn't lost power. Have you recently added a bunch of warm food? It takes about 4 hours to hit set temperature. Make sure unit has at least 5 inches clearance behind and on the sides. The area where unit is at if it's more than 85 degrees f it will start to diminish it's ability to cool. Let me know if this helped.
It your compressor coolant oil. You have a leak in the oil line if separate. Or a slight leak in the freon line that the oil will run through. You will find that out if your unit stops freezing and runs more.
The sad news is that any purported manual for this item raises a warning of being a "risky site" which could download malware. At least that is what my Malwarebytes pops up. Several sites simply refuse to download, making me think my anti-virus is blocking them, probably for a good reason. The Sunbeam site offers a list of instruction manuals but does not include this particular model. That can't stop you from inquiring via their product support. There are sites which have parts for the device but I simply can't find a troubleshooter for it. But you can take a look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbmXcmGRkNU
It is under warranty. contact the maker. If you try to fix it is will void that warranty. The only thing you can do is routine cleaning and descaling and changing the filter.
SR4505Q3B There is a thermostat for the compressor that is wired into the compressor component which when a goes bad it won’t cool anymore. If your compressor gets too hot it would just stop.
