We bought water dispenser machine and now we are experience water uncleaness every week,white things in the bottle which makes difficult for us to drink water.we need help as to how to prevent this.

There are a lot of times that some problems can be fixed very easily by the owner themselves and at no cost at all. This is one of them.
Some people experience that the soap drawer leaks from the front of the soap drawer dispenser on certain cycles, this can be caused by a couple of things but could just be a very simple fix which you should try first before calling a engineer.

MACHINE LEANING SLIGHTLY FORWARD: This is the main tip and FIRST CHECK anyone should do before going on to the next tips. If a machine is not level and leaning forward the water that is in the drawer while filling will be forced forward and can easily get past the drawer and leak down the front of the machine especially if the dispenser housing is slightly warped. If this is your experience then first thing to do is to check the machine is level. Adjust the front feet on the machine to raise the front making it level or slightly leaning back. This will cause the water to be forced to the back of the soap drawer dispenser allowing it to go in to the machine and not out the front of the drawer. Make this the first thing you do as it can be as simple as that.

If this has not solved your problem then check for:

EXCESSIVE WATER PRESSURE: Some people have very good water pressure in their areas (normally cold supply), if this is the case and you have a cut off valve in your system at the filling pipes (red&blue pipes, sometimes red&grey) then you just need to figure out which water is being pumped in at that time and then turn that valve off slightly (NOT ALL THE WAY!) only slightly and this will slow the amount of water entering the machine. This will cause the machine to take a bit longer to fill so the wash will take slightly longer to complete. So please bear this in mind if you have adjusted the water pressure! It won't be a new fault!
