Dell Wireless Keyboard Optical Mouse w0147 Questions & Answers
No red light on mouse...power light on then off again
Wireless mouses never made much sense to me since you have to be right at the computer to use them. I've had so many repair visits when the battery is dead just when you need it most to work. Save yourself the trouble and buy wired mouse.

Keyboard volume control???
Based on years of using computers and seeing many keyboards when I used to do IT work, typically it's not standard for many keyboards to have that, sometimes different keyboards might have an "fn" key though which will allow for other options displayed on keys such as volume up or down. I can suggest a keyboard for you with the media keys if you really need it, anyways I hope you're having a good day, and that I helped somehow.

Dell km632 wireless keyboard left alt key not working
Hi,
If the issue is only 1 key,
Please try rebooting system in safemode and check if 'Alt' key works (to figure out if the issue is with OS or Hardware)
You can even try getting into BIOS and check the Key functionality.
Can try to clean or blow the dirt around the Alt Key.
If nothing works need to replace the Keyboard.
Thanks.
Connect keyboard
Connect your keyboard. Goto device manager from control panel. Your keyboard will be shown there with a question mark sigb in the starting. Right click on it and click on update drivers. It will download driver from internet and it will work. Now if this doesnt wirk do a windows update. It will search for best available drivers for device connected to your pc. Without a glitch.
3) if even these methods dont work there might be slme hardware problem. Clean the ports of your pc by blowing air with high pressure. (Not too much high) dust often causes this.
Microinv com
