If you can't find the software, the only thing I can think of is some free software like from Ulead, Pixir, BeFunkey, Gimp, Photoshop express. Or if your camera does have a memory card, buy a external card reader and use that to transfer the pictures and videos to your computer.

Windows 7 has a Compatibility mode context menu. You should be able to install the program, once installed find the Icon, right click the Icon and chose properties, then look for a compatibility tab. On the tab will be a drop down menu to allow you to chose XP. Try that setting to see if that will work for you.

you need a driver compatible with the operation system in use...for that I need the make and the model of the camera not the serial ..Something that will identify it for sure...
If you want to try yourself ..just type the name of the manufacturer and the word support near..and see if they have a support site ..
In there locate the camera by model ..and choose MAC OS and download the driver ..after that will work ..
Just in case the camera is indeed not compatible with MAC ..the only way to use is either download in a windows pc ..and transfer the pictures or use the memory card directly in a card reader ...(if it has a memory card extension )
If your MAC do not have a card reader..here is a location for a cheap one that will do the job ..
The use of the card directly in card reader is the best choice in case the camera has a card ....cause you will not depend on driver anymore...but download the pictures in any computer you want ..

this is a problem that occurs whenever you connect your external usb device to a port that is not capable of handling the device. for example, your camera might require a usb 2.0 port to operate and you may be connecting it to a port that is not a usb 2.0 port.
what to do is this, try connecting it to different ports on your system and see if that helps you.
if it doesnt then you can try connecting your camera to another computer and see if it works. if it does on another computer but not yours, you have to update the drivers.
you would need to call an expert or the manufacturing company to obtain instructions on how to update the driver.

The last two items above have to do with the amount of photos that can be captured at the relative resolution and compression settings before needing to download them to your computer. Here is a list of settings with the approximate number of photos each setting will give you:
HI--Ld=20 photos
HI--Hd=60
Lo--Ld=81
Lo--Hd=about 243 photos

Click on "Dowload Drivers" first save a copy of the download to your pc then run the software to install it on your pc.

You can download the driver from the manufacturer's website by clicking this link:

On the page which opens, click on the "Download Drivers" button and then download the driver by clicking the "Download Driver" link.

Alternately, you can copy the driver from the CD-ROM to a USB flash drive and then install it in your Notebook PC.

To do this you will have to use another computer which has the CD-ROM drive and copy the driver files from the CD to the USB flash disk (See attached image).

Then, connect the USB flash disk to your Notebook and install the drivers from the flash disk.

Download the original driver from here (supports Windows 98SE, ME, 2000, XP and Vista) - or copy the CD contents to a USB drive using another computer with a CD-ROM drive...

with the cards it is very imporant they connect correctly within the card readers connected via USB to the computer to access their contents offline, without a driver needed. I often have to shove my card or flip it to make sure absolutely the right side is in, and pressing it in, and it works.
