you could download them to a PC, then import them to a mac, but not sure of a direct way to do so.

with the cards it is very imporant they connect correctly within the card readers connected via USB to the computer to access their contents offline, without a driver needed. I often have to shove my card or flip it to make sure absolutely the right side is in, and pressing it in, and it works.

This may work...copy the disc using a friend's computer to a flash drive.

Go to Radio Shack or Walmart they should have one for just a few dollers. Take the cam with you so you get the correct one.

If you Vista program on your computer, then software that is brought with products these days are not compatable with this program. I had to gain solution from a computer shop. Although you can download the software needed which is compatable with Vista. Not sure if it free, some software are free on other products.

Visited my Local Currys where I was told type of USB cable needed FREE OF CHARGE.

you can try downloading a data recovery program and you just may be able to get the software back try easy recovery

Hi yes I have looked in to this and found that the manufacturers are chinese and they used a genetic driver but didnt document the one they used or if they did it was in chinese ?.
It seems your not on your own I have seen on the net scores of people looking for a driver for this cam without sucess , thats because they are looking for a titled driver ( ie: one saying it is for this camera ) and there doesn't seem to be one , my only advice that I can offer is to try as many drivers as you can find for the lower end priced cameras ( those without special functionds this camera lacks ) and try the pot luck approach .. Alternately you could try driver detective thay may have found a driver for this camera from a different source .. however you do have to pay for that service ....regards Vortash
