The most common fault is the channel;s input connector has come loose from the circuit board. Disassemble to get to that point and re-flow the soplder on all three pins and it will probably be fine. However, also inspect the connector to be sure a leg hasn't broken off, which is the second most common failure point.

That's very likely a dirty input connector.

The schematic I grabbed from blueguitar.org shows several fuses in the power supplies. Did you check those, especially the one for the high voltage supply for the output tubes - fuse F1 on 'main board' ?

Mine has no designated monitor out, only two speaker output in back. You could use the preamp out/pwr amp out with headphones to monitor on front panel right side.

With a screwdriver. In some, you just pull out the Bass speaker, everything else is sealed, and get at the Xover from the hole....

Speakers are front loaded onto the baffle - probably. To test the cab - go through the jack panel in rear - probably.

I don't know how your question ended up in "Computers", but I'll try to help you anyway... I found a schematic/manual for your PEAVEY, but I think it's a just partial schematic because no power supply is shown? A link is provided below... The manual mentions your "Clipping Indicator" but mentions only on IF DISTORTION is present. See page 21. That LED circuit samples audio BEFORE and AFTER your "3 band equalizer". That equalizer is only shown as a "block" with no other specifications other than "CHANNEL 19 - 20". *See page 29. In your case it appears that your CLIPPER is sensing a signal overloading condition OR that IC may be defective? And because it's only shown as a block, there may be more than one IC or many other components involved in that section? In fact the fault may be well before your CLIPPER sensing circuit! In example a bad or leaky CAPACITOR in your power supply MAY be injecting AC into your Mixer? I've just added a SECOND link below showing bad and good capacitors. It's difficult to say without a voltage chart or the IC DEVICE numbers known...A full schematic would have helped us both more... I hope this was of some help to you! Armed with this manual, your broken PEAVEY and the schematic I think a good tech should be able to sniff out the problem... Look for burnt or discolored items FIRST! You might thy going backwards from the output to the IC .have a good light and make yourself a pointer that is nonmetallic which you can track the copper strips on the circuit board without touching them. If you remove this IC from the board, be sure to wear a grounding strap to your hand or wrist, connected to the metal chassis.BE SURE TO REMOVE THE POWER CABLE BEFORE YOU BEGIN! Note the exact way you remove it. The number one pin will have a indented dot on the plastic case. Be sure to reinstall in the correct order. ALWAYS WEAR A GROUNDING STRAP TO HANDLE ANY IC! The static electric in your body can blow certain IC units. You can make you own grounding strap using an old metal watch band, a piece of flexible wire approx. two feet long and an alligator clip to attach it to the chassis. Hope this helps you and I hope I have not confused you.

This sounds like a bad battery. If I remember right the AC is active.
