Hi please help my panasonic workio 8020 gives error of add paper but there is paper

There is a sensor in the throat of the machine that tells if there is paper present. look in the area where the leading edge of the paper sits when paper is loaded. you should be able to see a small piece of plastic sticking up that looks like it would block the paper. That is the sensor flag. Slide a piece of paper in and make sure that it pushes the sensor flag backwards. If it does, the sensor is probably coated with paper dust. Use canned air to blow air at the bottom of the sensor flag to remove the paper dust from the sensor.

If you want to print a envolope. You would need to use a word processing programme like Word.
Set the paper to the size of the envolope you want to print on in the page option
type the address in the middle of the page
then place your envolope in the printer and print.
