Panasonic KX-FP215 "Fax in Memory"

A fax is retained in memory until printed (excluding memory limits). Given the failure to print and the continued "fax in memory" message, I suggest you try the photocopy feature of this device. If you try to copy something, it should force the printing of the fax.

The same thing can happen if you run out of paper. If the fax does not matter and you can't find instructions on how to clear fax memory, unplugging the device should clear the fax memory.

Erasing Memory from KX-FHD332

Follow page 65 and 72 of Panasonic KX FHD332 Operating Instructions Manual

Divide the document into sections.

Fax/memory full

or clear the jammed paper (page 72).
L When performing memory transmission, the document being stored exceeds the memory capacity of the unit. Transmit the entire document manually

How to I retrieve a fax that is stored in the memory and also, how do I clear the memory

If you run out of ink, paper, or the machine jams the fax will be stored in memory. After these conditions are cleared the "stored fax" will print and automatically clear from memory.

You can download the manual here ...
