typically you can't get it to that. I believe you can only get it to print based on number of transmissions.
Thank You,

The error is a communication error. Either the tel line is noisy or the signal too weak. The problem lies outside the machine, and the machine can only identify the global problem not the root cause. You may want to call your Panasonic Tech to check the line condition and tweak the line settings, but other than that, you are at the mercy of your sending party or the tel line company.

Can not receive faxes
On the front of your machine, you will see a button that says "In/Out". I bet someone hit that by mistake, turning off auto-answer.

Incomplete info code 634 how to fix
That codes says:
"Redial count over with no response
or busy tone was not detected.
Note:
U.S.A. and Canadian models
will redial only once if a busy
tone is not detected."
The number you're dialing was first busy. When it went to redial, it detected no phone signal on the other end. If it happens to only 1 or 2 customers, then it's something to do with their lines and you can't fix that.
If it happens often, then get your phone lines checked out by your phone company, make sure your fax is not sharing the line with another other device and make sure it is not a digital line.
Other than that, you're looking at having to replace the main board in the fax. Which basically means it's time for a new fax machine.

Pitney bowes 1530 / INCOMING fax date/time stamp
For the UF-595 here's how you turn the fax stamp on:
Function + 7 + copy/set for enter
scroll to option 4 + copy/set
Hit 04 + copy/set and enter number 2 to turn the fax stamp on. 1 turns it off.
Scroll to or enter 28 and choose 2 to turn the fax stamp on for faxes stored in memory for later use.
You hit the "clear" button to wipe out the current number before you enter 2 or 1 for the new entry.

Error code 503
All you can do yourself is have your phone/fax lines checked out by your phone company. Make sure that fax has it's own dedicated, non-digital, phone line. If you're dialing in to machines that are on digital lines or is some new piece of equipment, then there may be connection issues and there isn't much you can do about it.

Error Code 406
"XMT/RCV password does not match. Last 4 digits of TSI does not match with the last 4 digits of the ONE TOUCH, ABBR Telephone number." This is straight from the Panasonic service manual. I would suggest looking in the User's manual uner "passwords" and try to either reset or clear out the password info.

Panasonic KX-MB2025 Toner Low Problem???
Does the machine say replace drum or toner. Two different units. If toner did refill or install a new toner. There is a chip on most drums and toner to tell the machine they are new. if you refill the toner the chip is still going to tell the machine it is used.
