SCREEN SHOWING E1 ERROR, CANNOT FIND THIS
Hi,
The E1 error message. This is due to the fuse having to be switched from the 2.5 amp to a 3.5 amp. they did not recall the machine because of the low cost $2.99.
The Fuse is Located on the Board itself.
I guess the Part Number for your model is 000182177.
When I start sewing the back of thread is all
A more detailed description would be helpful, but my guess is that you have lost all of your upper tension.
Unthread the machine.
Raise the presser foot.
Turn the handwheel until the take-up lever is at it's highest position.
Set the upper tension dial/knob to 5.
Thread the machine.
With the presser foot up, the upper thread should pull through easily and then grab when the presser foot is lowered.
Test sew.
The upper tension pulls the stitches up and the lower tension pulls the stitches down. When they pull properly, the stitch is even.
How can I get a manual for the sewing machine
You can contact Ron at
[email protected] for a manual. If he doesn't have one you can go to
www.tradebit.com and get a download for 8 dollars. Go to the Power Search block and click on documents/ebooks in the first window and type in Kenmore 19233 manual in the second one and it should take you to the page and just scroll down to your machine. Thanks for asking FixYa!

What steps do I need to take to do free motion
Hi. You'll need to lower the feed dogs and use a darning foot. Use a straight stitch and set the stitch length to 0. Depending on what thread you use, you may need to adjust the tension. Keep the fabric taut (or use a hoop) and experiment on scraps to get the results you want.
Want to know how to replace the fuse
If you have an on board fuse it will be very small and near where the plug goes in the machine but unless you can get to it without stripping the machine don't even try, remember that it is quite easy to blow the boards from static from your body.
I have a SEARS SENSOR SEW 70. PROBLEM-IT WILL ONLY
Hello, kindly push the reverse botton and it will start to sew forward...
Be sure you are in the correct stitch pattern...if you are on a
buttonhole stitch or a stretch stitch it normal for the machine to sew
backwards. Be sure your length is to the right of 0 and not in a strtch
stitch model or buttonhole mode.
thank you for using fixya, you are highly appreciated...
take care.

E1 e2 error
No you should not. A fuse is an emergency power cut off, and a higher power fuse, like the 3.5 takes more power to cut off or blow than the 2.5. This will cause damage to your machine. Always replace the fuses with the proper ones for safety and to protect your machine.
E1, E2 error messages
Theirs a problem with the fuse on those machines. The e1 indicates that a fuse has been blown. check out the link for more details.
