have u updated the audio driver u can find it in the device manager check to see if it need it and if it dont then try to uninstall and re install the driver for it that should fix it if that dont work the mic u have might not be getting recognized by the program after u shut down and if thats the case u should not shut the pc down to often as u will blow the power supply switch out faster then it was intended for if and if u can give me a little more info on exactly whats going on then i can better assist u

sounds to me like the indicator light is stuck in the on could be something touching the wires and causing a bad connections

Try a set of headphones, do they work? If not it may be the audio jack that is faulty.

Hello, it's pretty easy. Go to "Device manager". Right click on the Bluetooth and click enable. If it wasn't installed properly, it wouldn't work. Then you need to go to your pc manufacturer website, locate your product and download the right Bluetooth software. Good luck..

Is the volume muted or not when the light is orange? If it is muted then use the icon on task bar and increase the volume, to see if color changes. If it is not muted and a change of volume does not affect the color of the light, maybe that is the normal color for it. Did you read the manual and find that orange means trouble. On my computer, the light for my WifI is always orange.The speakers may be muted by an Fn +Fx key sequence, or some additional buttons on the computer.

You can try switching off computer, unplug the ac adapter, then the battery. When all power source are removed, hold the power button for 10 seconds. If it still doesn't work reinstall the sw. And it it still doesn't work then it may be faulty. If the repair cost too much, you can install or plug an external mouse.

If it has a built in web cam you will see the eye of the camera at eye level on the inside of the lid approx in the middle by the catches somewhere
if there is not a round ball there or something that looks like an eye then there probably isnt one installed

I think you have a broken USB keyboard or USB port. Simply plugging in the keyboard should be enough to make it work. First try the keyboard in a different USB port. Test the caps lock to see if the LED goes on and off. Also try a different keyboard and also test it in a different computer.
