Disney DT1350-C 13" TV - Answered Questions & Fixed issues

Either the speaker is bad or broken wire OR more likely the headphone jack is the issue---when jack comes out it lets a leaf in the socket engage the speaker back----when used a lot the jack causes no sound.

There should be an "input" or "source" button on the remote. If you press this a couple of times, you should eventually get to the video mode, if not right away. I hope this helps! Der Strom

you can do one thing you tune tv from font panel of tv if it works ok then problem in remote & if it does not then problem in tv.

I"m guessing it's the TV, chances are it would loose sound as well if it was the streaming service. Are your backlights staying on when the screen goes black?
