P4S5MG/GL+ ,no power, has new power supply?

Test your PSU or replace it if your power supply units fan is not working your PSU is faulty

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect/ boot up a computer hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your "((MOTHERBOARD TO YOUR HARD DRIVE))" make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electrical extensions or just replace them they could be faulty a computer needs its connections to continue its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error even something as small as a faulty electrical extension or fan lead can cause this problem hope this helps

follow the troubleshooting procedure a computer needs all of the data and electrical current to travel through every device and to have an end to be able work properly

a motherboard and a hard drive any leads between them will fail before your motherboard or your hard drive if its a flat ribbon 40 pin type IDE replace it this will be the first to fail check all electrical extensions make sure they are securely seated even the cd/dvd floppy drives need to have current go through make sure these drives are working hope this helps also it could be a dirty computer clean all of the dust from your computer you could use a vacuum cleaner but whatever you use make absolutely sure there is no moisture gets to anything in your computer

also check the Cmos battery and computer ram make sure they are securely seated:

hope this helps

Dear sir, I have removed

I would try pulling and reseating your memory chips...they are picky sometimes. And be sure it is not plugged in and that you touch your table to release any static before you pull those chips

try resetting the bios by moving the jumper at JP3 to pins 2&3 then put them back the instructions for this are in your manual (page 8) if you don't have a manual you can download one herehttp://www.ecsusa.com/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail.aspx?DetailID=43&CategoryID=1&MenuID=18&LanID=9

Also remove your ram then put it back in making sure it locks in

You did not specify which version of your motherboard you are using and what operating system. I assume that this will be some flavour of Windows.

Please follow to this page and selelct apropriate for your operating system and motherboards drivers here, as you stated (+) in your question, I assume that this will be version 7:

http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail.aspx?DetailID=43&CategoryID=1&MenuID=18&LanID=0

if this is version 5, please go and select apropriate here:

PCI SLOTS DO NOT WORK

Go to device manager and make sure all the drivers are working fine. Update drivers as necessary.
If you still have the problem go to the bios and change settings to default configuration and that will put it back how it was originally and might fix it.
If not go back in and make sure all the pci stuff is enabled. If you get additional problems after changing settings in the bios just go back to default config.

If none of that works it could be that your pci bus is dead and that's unfixable.

The ethernet sis 900 pci don't work

Have you tried enabling it from the bios?
If it's enabled and it still doesn't work you need to install the drivers. If you use windows 7 or vista you might not be able to find drivers for it.
To check if windows sees the ethernet adapter go to control panel > system > hardware > device manager

Go to your motherboard brand's website and look for support or type in your model in the search box if there is one.

make sure to go into your bios by pressing as its prompted when it first boots up "press F2 for setup" or press "DEL" for setup. go to your boot options or boot sequence and change the boot order. for example if your "HDD" is 1 CD is 2 then change cd to 1 and disable HDD or change HDD to 2. save and restart then make sure the cd is in the drive and when it prompts "press any key to run setup" and press a random key and it will load into the setup of win xp
