You must have the mute wire installed on the phone.
Refer to page 45 of your owner's guide to the section entitled "Muting audio volume upon reception of phone call". The note will explain the wire hook up. Unhook this wire.

hi judging by your wirering it seems to be ok did you check to see iff there was power going to the camera or the camera could be faulty also check all power leads with metre if you have one if not get a 12volt bulb and connect you reverse wirering to it or check for breakage in wire going to camera its most likely a power fault ,or camera faulty goodluck

this is cause by the stereo overheating.

go back to installer and demonstrate ,could be a incompatable issue with digital and analogue sound but without having a play myself its difficult to diagnose online.it might just be a plug not in properly on the back of the set ,as for the sms bluetooth operation it might just need a switch on the back of the set that needs switching on .Best advice is to return to fitter and ask politely and iam sure they will bend over backwards to get it all working prpoerly for you
