Paper Tray Oki /Xante ?
It sounds as if maybe the trays are not configured in your software. Access the printer driver and make sure that the additional trays are enabled. Under the Device Setting tabs, if on PC, available trays, ensure that you have the correct number of available trays selected.
??? If that doesn't work, you may want to check back with Xante to make absolutely sure they do not have the trays in question.

Xante cl30
If the printer is still under warranty, and a new yellow drum doesn't fix the problem, or if you install a new drum and the problem returns, Xante should provide you with warranty support. This problem can be caused by a defective high voltage power supply, and that is not a user replaceable item.
Xante Cl30 laser printer error
Error 125 is indicating an error detected at MT home position, which means the transfer belt may not be returning to the proper start position. The normal solution to this, if it persists after a restart, is to replace the transfer belt.
Poor registration on Xante CL30 HSE
Make sure the drums are properly seated in their cradels, and if posible, avoid designing with white small text in heavy solid areas that are made up of process colours. For reverse type in a black background, use spot color black rather than rich black. Other than than printing on a not as heavy card, that is about all you can do.
CL30 color banding
Banding is often caused by light shock to the drums, caused when the printer is left open too long. This may cause permanent drum sensitivity that will not go away until you instal new drums. You may also find that the banding goes away after you get into a longer run, if it is just the "parked" position of the drums giving you a bad "first copy"
