Hi, I have a maxi

Good Evening

It should only re-light and the beep sound again if you've pressed the button during the journey to check that it is fitted correctly. It should not be doing this of its own accord.

Was the fitting list on the Maxi Cosi website checked before purchasing of these items? Is your vehicle approved on this list? If not this could be why this problem is happening, as the vehicle is not suited for using the products.

If your vehicle has been confirmed as approved, I recommend you return the items to your retailer with your proof of purchase and ask them to return the items to our engineers for full inspection to confirm that they are working as they should be.

I have a maxi cozy car seat but on handle I have

Short of replacing the carseat shell, as the handle is part of the shell, there would not be a way of fixing this.As the shell is plastic, you may find that using furniture polish and a soft cloth to wipe over the handlebar will help make the scratch less noticeable.

Footmuff instructions

Hi Beth - First open the footmuff, and set the carseat down on the floor in front of you so you're facing it. Take the harness pads and ****** pad off the harness straps and place the footmuff into the carseat. Pull the harness straps through the holes in the footmuff and press the back of the footmuff into the curve of the carseat. Replace the harness pads. You're ready to go! When you use the carseat, simply put baby in and do up the harness as usual, then do up the footmuff for cosy, safe travelling.

As long as the adaptors are in the right way round it should not get stuck.

The Pebble has two grey memory buttons on either side of it near to where the carry handle joins the carseat. Push these buttons in and now lift the carseat off the chassis.

Good Afternoon

The lumbar support wedge (the sponge section to sit under the newborn) is not available as a seperate spare part item.

To obtain a replacement, you'd need to purchase an entire replacement fabric set, and the lumbar support wedge comes as part of the headhugger.

If you're in the UK, please go to your nearest Maxi Cosi retailer to ask them to order the fabrics on your behalf.

If you're not in the UK please go to www.maxi-cosi.com and use the "Contact Us" tab to get in touch with the customer service department in your area and ask them for availability and costs on replacement.
