Need new straps for maxi cosi tobi

Hi Mandy Due to the safety implications of a carseat harness being incorrectly fitted we are unable to supply a harness to you as a spare part item. To replace the harness the carseat would need to come in for our engineers to provide replacement and safety checks to ensure product is working as per specification. 1924a6a3-e420-4f10-b6df-f9a1deebe867.jpg

The car seat for baby

There is no such thing as an extension for a carseat harness - it would be unsafe. The carseat harness has ample length for your child but will require extending as per the user manual to fit around the child safely.

The indicators on each side of the base stay red

Hi - This means that the carseat is not correctly clicked into place or it could be the base is faulty. If the products are under 2 years old please contact your retailer with proof of purchase for a warranty claim to be made.

Re fitting the covers on Priori and securing the harness

Hi Katie - The harness should never be removed from any carseat due to the safety implications of it being incorrectly refitted. Usually it would be recommended that the carseat is sent to our engineers for them to refit the harness correctly however we are unable to offer this service if the product is over five years old and the original Maxi Cosi Priori is at least six years old in the UK. We cannot recommend the continued use of this product.
