Why wont my mitsumi cr-48x9te cd burner not work
Install a the appropriate cd burner driver software in your
laptop so that it will function properly. A CD disc installer normally goes with the unit you purchase. You
may ask assistance from the store where you buy your
CD burner. Or you can download it from the internet.

Trackball isn't working
Open it and check its rollers which are connected with its surface. Someone may be missing.

Cd rom drive cannot detect
If that is a particular version I'm not sure how to help you but, do you have an installation cd, does it have taht version on it? From what I've raed about your product most drivers are provided to Microsoft for your device. Click on "start", then "control panel". Find and right click on "device manager", open and click on continue. Click on box next to "DVD/CD-ROM drives". Do you see a warning, ?, !, triangle? Click on that and follow recommended proceedure. Right click on again, right click on your device and you should see "disable". If you see "enable" click on that and exit. Right click on it again and click on "properties", you should see 'this device is working properly". Clcik on the "drivers" tab, you can click on "update driver". Click on "search automatically for...". When finished, restart.
