How to cook beetroot

Butternut Squash is far too hard unless you grow it yourself, pick them young and cut. The ones you buy in the shops are as much as 6 months old and dry skinned.

I need to know how to cook beetroot

The simplest way I find is to cut off the tops leaving a little stem gutting the nice and covered with olive oil place in as oven dish sprinkle with salt and pepper add a half dozen thyme stems three table spoons of water 2 table spoon of wine vinegar seal with kitchen foil and bake for 40 minutes at 180 C. test with a sharp knife for doneness return to oven with more water if needed for 15 minutes and repeat the bake test routine until done probably an hour and 15 for most regular sized beets e mins for little ones and up to 2 hours for really big ones, that probably won't be that good as they go woody if too big. once baked I let them cool before sealing in a tub and keeping in the fridge, remove skins if needed before eating I eat mine as there is plenty of goodness in the skin.

There are some ways to make your soup less salty : 1.Add uncooked dough balls or a potato to you soup and cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat. 2.Drain some amount of water from soup and add new water in it along with the little amount of spices (except salt )you added in it .
