Thank you for using FixYa. The error code H43 refers to an internal water leak. The leak is obviously only a small one or you would have noticed. A small amount of water on a sensor will bring up the error code. A simple solution is- remove the back of the machine after first un plugging it from the electricity and dry up any water then try again.
I hope this has been of some use and would appreciate your "helpfull post" if it has
Thank you

We have the Panasonic bread maker and absolutely
take a look at your manual and find how long the last knead takes for the program you are choosing. Then, just open the lid and pour in your add-in when there is 7 minutes left on the last knead cycle, close the lid and your add-ins will mix in. without being over mixed.

Could your yeast be stale? It gets stale very quickly once opened. i tend to use sachets to avoid this.
Could the yeast be coming into contct with the liquids too soon. Keep yeast away from fats and liquids. Put it in first for most Panasonic machines, then the flour which keeps it dry till machine starts to knead.
You also must use strong bread flour not all purpose. good luck

If the bread maker still works, means that you had a temporary power outage. You can naturally bake it in the oven, but you will have to allow time for the yeast to activate and rise the dough to approximately double size than the starting dough. You can use a cooking pot full of warm (120-135f) and have the dough seating over it (in the pan that you will bake it in).Cover the whole thing (water and dough)with terry cloth towel for minimum of 45 minutes and bake it in a pre-heated oven (425f). Avoid any drafts durring the rising of the dough.

Can only use programmes which
This is a tough one. One thing you might try until you can replace your machine is to look in your manual and look at the page that shows the cycles of the program you chose. I wonder if you could shut the machine down after the last rise cycle next time,,,,,the,,,,. Push the Stop button until it beeps.... then unplug your machine and reprogram your breadmaker on the "Bake" program and set the time by pushing the timer advance button in 10 minute increments to the equivalent of the last bake cycle of your original program for light crust bread? That just might work!
