You have to go to printer driver, see the general settings and put more darkness(normally it ranges from 0-20, it should be set at 10. Try puting the darkness at 11,12,13, etc until it laminates properly. Don't forget to put back the setting when printing ymcko, or you will burn ribbon. If the head that prints color is the same that laminates, then you should be cleaning the head after use.

It means a card is jammed in the top back part of the printer. You may need to open up the back hatch to pull out the card.
