Works on the rule of 9 eg. If the first valve is down u adjust number 8 if number 4 is down u adjust number 5 etc number 1 is cambelt side and rotate engine clock wise hope this helps

I just got finish resizing the White Ceramic Peugeot watch I bought my wife. It's very simple to do

Hi I just bought this watch for my wife's birthday and we had the same problem, it was too big. I googled and binged for a solution to shortening the band or to remove a link but no one had an answer. I go crazy with things like these and just decided to look at the watch band. First took out the pin for the latch so I can get a better look because that pin can be pressed down. On the inside of the band are arrows. Those arrows indicate which direction the pins can be pushed out. Just push the pin out with a tool, they will require a little pressure but they will give because one end of the pin is bigger than the other. Remove link and enjoy. Hope this helps someone else out there. Just a note this is only for the Peugot 7056 it has a white plastic band and I wouldn't recommend anyone try this with any other model as I don't know how those bands are designed.

Today I brought a Ceramic Peugeot watch to a Certified Master Watch Maker who has 50 years of experience and he could not get the pins out to remove links, he stated they were too small and had no tools that size. I have found a service phone number for Peugeot Watches, I plan on calling them when they are open to see what they suggest, I am afraid I will have to send the watch to the service company for sizing.If interested the phone number is 888-223-0026

Place the watch face-down on a clean towel to protect the crystal.

Gently unscrew the backplate from the watch with a small jeweler's screwdriver and set it aside.

Locate the battery compartment and remove the screw holding the cover in place, using the screwdriver. The battery is a small, round silvery button.

Make a note of the battery polarity before you remove it. Is the battery positive (+) side up or negative (-)?

Take the battery with you to a watch shop or electronics store to buy a replacement.

Insert the new battery in the compartment. Replace the battery cover and reverse the above steps to reattach the back cover of your Peugeot watch

check the reostat and the heater motor also check the wiring as this is known for melting

Seconds-hand setting: a push of button A moves the 2nd hand by 1 second. Move it until it is at the zero position. b.) 2/100ths second hand: a push of button B moves the 2/100ths second hand by one 2/100ths second. A continuous push moves it quickly. Move it until it is at the zero position. 4) Push the crown back in to normal position. QUICK-SET OF THE CALENDAR DATE With the alarm switch off, pull out the crown halfway to the first "out" position (not fully out). Turn the crown clockwise to quick-set the date.
