2003 Ford Crown Victoria "car shut driving fuel pump" Questions

...it is hard to diagnose but I have seen a Lincoln Town Car with similar issue and it was the fuel pump. That pump unfortunately is in the fuel tank. If this helps please give me thumbs up. Good
