Both oven lights out

I wonder if they're halogen or tungsten filament lamps. Defective solder, frosty joints and/or ring fractures on lamp driving areas of a circuit board ARE indeed capable of causing problems with lamps

Hotpoint ew91 halogen hob wont turn off

halogen rings wont turn off by the nob and i have to switch off by the wall, switched back on and it fires straight up, nob doesnt appear to be controlling it anymore, any ideas? is this a nob problem
