Akai LCT3285TA 32 in. LCD Television "inky screen fixed" Questions

...screen, but everything on the tv is displayed except that inky section where the cracks are. Is this a fixable problem? is there anyway to replace the lcd screen? please let me know! Broken Screen on ...
