Jim, Remove passenger side kick panel to access the fuse box where horn fuse is located #3 fuse in your manual, box fairly high up under dash. Horn relay under hood/engine compartment fire wall.

fuse located under the dash or in the glove box depending on where they put it, it could also be under the hood in the relay box on the passenger side. the relay is in this same relay box. on the under side of the cover there should be a chart that indicates which relay is what.

The easy way is to locate the horn under the hood of your car and reconnect the wires to the horn

bertmeisner, The horns are now usually located in the front of the wheel wells. You need to look under the headlights and/or the battery box. You can also locate them by looking under the front of the vehicle. As for your water leak, Look at the left front of your firewall (as you stand facing the front of the vehicle) and locate the drain for your airbox that houses the heater core and the AC evaporator core. When the AC is operating it produces water condensation that should be drained by this hose at the bottom of the airbox. This drain is probably plugged up. This hose is usually rubber and can be unplugged by pinching the hose and allowing the debris to fall out. Good luck with this.

go for a better horn than repairing it.

Replace air bag. Not servicable to repair horn. Special bits are used to remove it. Get a used one
