Suzuki Skywave 250cc M 2017 sold in Japan only (you speak English in Japan?)
this in JAPAN? location, where most M were sold, and you do know that each country has there own laws on lighting wiring and wire colors and even fuses. no country told
why not ask your scooter dealer for the book.?

    this>?
    https://sherpers-org.translate.goog/skyw...

this scoot, is sold in many sub models here the manual for it. here.
    https://i275.photobucket.com/albums/jj30...

not county told (where it sold day one new) called market and also shows, language of the manual.
no sub model and has many different tranmissions. even CVA.
    lacking any of that
take the scooter to s shop ask them to find the fuse box and you watch.

on bikes, vast. (if seen and worked)
they are usually in these places:

    under the seat
    under side covers
    in he headlamp shell
if you look every where at the main harness, you will find the fuse box 1 or 2.
    for sure. no books needed.

sold to other countries not USA
    is
    AN250 Burgman 250 (1998-2017)
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzuki_Bur...

my guess (wild) you bought japan only scooter and exported to someplace else on earth?

burgman forum usa.. clues. (called googled gleaning mode)

Upon investigating I found the "fuel" fuse in the fusebox next to the lockable compartment

    low beam dead
There's a Phillips #2 screw on either end of the windshield where it attaches to the fairing. Take those out. Pull out the piece of tupperware that it holds on. The fuse box is on the left side as the rider faces (the side stand side.

    and 2006
The fuses are behind the panel that is between the headlights
    and the windshield.
Sit on the seat, like you were riding. Now, look at the upper corners of the dashboard,
right at the corners of the windshield. You will see a small recessed square, about
postage stamp size, containing a Phillips head screw. Remove the screw...1 on each
    side.
Now, with the screws removed, the front panel between the windshield & the headlights
    will probably appear loose.
VERY carefully pull that panel straight foreward. It is now being held
by a couple of nylon ball fasteners.....you need to 'pop' them free.
Now you can see the fuse panel.
    and

the panel under the gauges pulls straight out. there are 4 retainers holding it in. just start pulling at one end. the fuse box is on the left and the main fuse is on the right above the top "glove boxes"

    2010

The Fuse Block is behind the panel
that is under the base of the windshield,
    and above the headlight assembly.
A screw in a little pocket on the dash where
it meets the corner of the windshield, has to
be removed. Then, the front trim panel
comes off...pull very easily, & pull straight forward.

    and
Try opening the glove box then there is a door to the left that has a little lip that was covered by the left end of the glove box door. Pull on that o open the left door and see if that will get you what you need.
    best yet
Open the glove box door (the locking one). Pull off the cover to the left of the door. You will see a square cover held in by 4 screws. Remove the screws and pull the cover out. There's your fuse box. You really need to get yourself a service manual so you can find things. It only costs about $70.00 from your dealer and can save you a bundle in broken plastic.

save damage and buy the service manual

    2014
All of the above concerns are outlined in the owners manual , with illustrations that comes with the bike.

end glean mode, but we have no manuals here for any japan sold Skywave in only Japan, sorry
