Starter button does nothing.

Had no issues with the bike, and simply adjusted the handle bars because when i bought it, it had been laid down on both sides so the clutch handle and front brake handle were higher than what is comfortable. So i went the turn the bike on the lights, blinkers, and horn all work fine, no flickering (pretty new battery that has just been recharged) yet i go to hit the ignition button and nothing happens. The only thing funny that caught my attention is that the two connections under the clutch handle, one can be pulled off rather easily while the other is very secure as is the two connections that seems to go connect under the front brake handle are both connected rather well. (these are just little rectangle boxes you could call them that have single wires going into them and inside look to be connectors similar to those found on the backside of a speaker where you connect to the plus and minus).

Sounds like this is a safety system so your bic will only start when the clutch is pulled in dont know any other reason to have a switch on the clutch. you can probably defeat the switch by connecting the two wires together jim

Schwinn 21 speed hybrid. Just bought the bike and when you try to pedal backwards the chain come off.

Most likley a rear drailleur issue. Try to turn the adjustment screw at the handle bar end where the derailleur cable goes into the grip. This is a fine adjustment screw for the drailleur itself. It will allow mirco adjustment of the cable to line the derailleur up perfectly so the chain stays in place

The side stand kill switch may be out of position, Starter button wire has come disconnected somewhere along the way? Is there power from the button to the solenoid when the button is pressed. If so, get a new solenoid. If not, trace the wire back to the button and find where it has come disconnected.

How to fold the buggy

To fold the buggy, it is necessary to operate both a primary lock, and then a secondary lock. Start by making sure that the front swivel wheel is locked. Operate the primary locking device by pulling upwards on both of the plastic tabs located on the side of the handle arm just below the foam handle grip. Begin pressing downwards so that the pushchair begins to fold. Next, release the secondary locking device (raising the bar located lower down on the left-hand side) and continuing pressing downwards on the handle bar until the pushchair is fully folded. The handle bar can then be folded inwards to the maximum, by pressing simultaneously on the adjuster buttons on either side. Finally, with the chassis laid down, lock it into its folded position by closing the folding latch operated on the side.

Need to adjust height of handlebar on a jeep sahara bicycle

Most bikes use an allen key to adjust the height of the handle bars. Typically 6mm. But be careful most bikes do not have much adjustment that can be done to the height of the handle bars. The handle bar stem will have a line on it of the "minimum insertion". That line must be below the top of the head set nut for safety reasons. Look for the line as you adjust the height.
