Park the bike in a flat, easily accessible area, and stand the bike on its center stand. This will make the bike much easier to work on, and less likely to fall...drain coolant.
Use a standard Phillips screwdriver to remove the motorcycle's radiator shroud covers. On most
Honda CBR models, the shroud covers will be secured by only three bolts...disconnect electrical end connections on the bottom edge of the radiator fan. Look for things like solder gapping, bubbling and corroding...Remove coolant hoses & mounting bolts & slide radiator and fan out. Inspect your hoses, flush and clean system. I would change thermostat now also. Make sure to use only Honda approved coolant when you refill. This is very important for the life of the pump and cooling system. Good luck, i hope this helps.
