Check the wiring where it connects to the transmission speed sensor, it is located in the tailstock of the transmission right where the old speedo gear used to mount on older cars.

Speed sensor is most likely goin or gone out. It is located on the drivers side of the transmission tailshaft. Speed information runs through the cruise control and the computer to the speedometer.

You have a problem with your transmission that needs to be adressed my a good trans shop.

32 is baro sensor or egr valve/35 isi.a.c idle air control/45 is rich exhaust probably faulty O2 sensor in exhaust pipe/82 isign fault or ecm module or transmission solenoid(open or short circuit condition)

So your current transmission is a 4L60E. t is a very strong automatic. You can also convert to a 5 speed or utilize the 700R4 automatic that is non electronic. Hope this helps narrow your search. Please rate me highly.

Ahhhh I see from the next post why. Have you changed the transmission fluid and filter?
Let me know, and is this the only problem with the transmission you are aware of?

It's possible that your transmission and filter has built-up a lot of gunk and deposits and is working overtime to get fluid to circulate through the transmission. The only other thing that can normally be checked without taking the vehicle to a transmission expert is the fluid level. However, I can tell you that I own a 2002 Blazer with a 4.3 L Vortec, and Blazers have always been notorious for having the transmissions go out on them if they are not checked and flushed on a routine basis (I suggest checking and/or flushing every 10-15K miles.). on 93 -95 has trans control modual located behind glove box on top of computer

if its the rear seal where the driveshaft enters the trans you need a transmission output seal for the tailshaft housing.
