The interior fuse panel is located under the dash left of the steering colum. The fuse/relay box is under the hood on the left fender.

locate your fuse box then after locating it find the charge label because it is the fuse of the charging system..unplug the fuse and replace it with a new one,,thats it,it will already charge for sure
I Have A 92 Thunderbird To And Its Located Above The Fuse Panel You Will Probally Need To Remove The Panel Under The Steering Column To Get To It Its Located To The Right of The Steering Column It looks Like A Relay Not The Normal Looking Round Style Flasher
