Hi, this might be caused by a blown fuse. Check all fuses as there are some systems integrated with others running from the same fuse. If all the fuses are fine you will need to look at the earth connections and power supplies to the systems.
THERE IS A WINDOW LOCK BUTTON ON THE DRIVER WINDOW SWITCH PANEL. IF THIS IS PRESSED ONCE IT SHOULD ALLOW THE OTHER PASSENGER SWITCHES TO OPERATE. IF IT WON'T ALLOW THE PASS.
