The windshield wipers will not work. They were fine yesterday, when I started the car this morning to get the frost off the windshield, they were dead.

With ya'lls perty white heavy snow,it made your wipers get unaligned,you will have to remove and reset.It's not good to remove snow from wipers when windshield is loaded,get a scraper or blower and go at it.Wish we got snow.

The wipers are controlled by a central computer called the BCM, you must have that tested to see what fault codes are in memory of the module, this is the first step.

When are you guys going to learn on hear, Buy doing that you shorted out something , In the circut For the wipers ,Plan on have a costly bill for your screw up, End have some more beers, While your waiting to have it repaired,

try cleaning the area around the sensor on the windscreen as any dirt/dust/birdsh.t will make the car think its raining........

Probably broken linkage.

The parking function is built into the motor assembly. We normally replace the assembly. If it is assembled with screws you may be able to open it and possibly repair it.

you mite have to replace the fan or have some one check alll the fuse first be for you get a new one

Sounds like you might have a ground problem.
In the morning its damp and might loose connection.Try an alligator clip
to a good ground.Test it in the a.m.

i just had the same problem with my f 150 ( 1999), my wipers, washer fluid pump, dome light, door chime stopped, I went thur the manuals, Checked appropated fuses, even changed wiper motor, (nothing worked) out of much internet checking, talking to mechanics, I got frustrated, I started pulling all the fuses under the dash,, I pulled # 15 ,a 5 amp fuse, which has nothing to do with the wipers eletronics, it was a good fuse, when i put it back in, everything came back and working fine. nearest i can figure it was either loose or a dirty contact.

#15 fuse (5 amps) on my box is for : stop lamp switch,( speed control,brake shift interlock,ABS, pcm module inputs.gem module,RABS test connector)
this was just blind luck, maybe it will help you.
