Driver side rear window is stuck down. Sounds like it may have fell off the track? Just need to know how to take what part of the car apart first, to get inside to fix the window. 2003 New Beetle Convertible - 2.0

If the window fell, the window regulator is broken. There is no "getting it back on track." You have to replace the regulator.

You probably need a new window regulator . Pull the door panel off ! There probably is a video on youtube !

The door trim is held on with a combination of screws and push clips Once you have the trim off you will probably find that the window motor regulator is defective. I would recommend replacing the regulator and motor as an assembly.

you have bad place in scew track replace it. Check to see if something has fell down in track line. roll window down use flashlite to check track.

you have to take apart the side panel to see inside and you will find out that some of the parts got off the track of the window. If you do not know how to do this have someone who does.

Sounds like the window fell off the track. You will need to pull off the door panel and place the window back on the track.

check to see if the window fell off the track,then check to see if the arm goes up and down when you push the button.

Not sure if its power windows or manual windows, you said wind so its gotta be manual, remove the door panel and make sure nothing fell apart and jammed the track, if nothing is found then the track may be broken,

Window has come off track,try to lube the track, reset the window in the track an use a apoxy glue let it sit for a few hours an it should b fine that's what I did to mine, that last snow storm we had my truck was covered,I was keying my truck warm up I went to open the window it was stuck, so I gave it a little hit an then it fell in the door an the snow came in lol, then I found out what to do I never had a prob again

It is probably just off of the track. It could be worse. take the door apart and put the window back in the guide (track). Hope this helps.
