wow no year car told,why? 1998 to now, is it USA? car?
yes sold in S.America too, 2011 and up.
the outside casing lens?
the service manual covers this only
no problem told at all just how to. ( so I guess the whole thing out and in)
why skip saying the problem first.? to the blind.
is the front of the light casing all ugly and yellow?

Headlamp Replacement (TrailBlazer) Removal Procedure

1. Open and support the hood.
2. Remove the grille. Refer to ' Grille Replacement (Chevrolet).
3. Use a flat-bladed tool in order to release the clips that retain the grille to the headlamp panel.
4. Remove the grille from the vehicle.
5. Pull up on the retaining tabs?(1) in order to remove the headlamp assembly from the headlamp panel.
6. Disconnect the headlamp leveling electrical connector from the motor/actuator if equipped.
7. Disconnect the headlamp electrical connector?(2) from the headlamp assembly.
8. Remove the side marker socket?(4) from the headlamp assembly.
9. Remove the park/turn socket?(3) from the headlamp assembly.
10. Remove the headlamp assembly from the headlamp panel.

if confused buy the service manual
or get the car serviced in real shop.

Should be about 4 to 6 bolts and an in and an out hose to remove. Drain it first and you may have to remove your grill to get to it easier.

Theres plastic tabs pointing towards radiator...that are held in by metal clips you squeeze together and pull at same time.

{: ) No need to remove the grille. You just have to get past the two retainers that's holding the headlamp
in place. See sample diagram below. Note the bottle-shaped slot at the middle of each retainer. The upper slot is narrow and this is where the headlamp mounting grooves lock. To ease out removal, carefully push on the face of the headlamp while pulling (or prying) out the retainers upwards. When the headlamp mounting grooves coincide with the round slot of the retainer (you can feel it), you can gently pull the headlamp assembly outwards, and start working on those bulbs. Goodluck.

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Open and support the hood.
2. Remove the grille.
3. Pull up on the retaining tabs (1) in order to remove the headlamp assembly from the headlamp panel.
4. Disconnect the headlamp leveling electrical connector from the motor/actuator if equipped.
5. Disconnect the headlamp electrical connector (2) from the headlamp assembly.
6. Remove the side marker socket (4) from the headlamp assembly.
7. Remove the park/turn socket (3) from the headlamp assembly.
8. Remove the headlamp assembly from the headlamp panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Position the headlamp assembly to the headlamp panel.
2. Index and seat the tabs on the park/turn socket (3) to the headlamp assembly.
3. Index and seat the tabs on the side marker socket (4) to the headlamp assembly.
4. Connect the headlamp electrical connector (2).
5. Connect the headlamp leveling electrical connector to the motor/actuator if equipped.
6. Align and install the 4 locator pins on the back of the headlamp assembly into the retaining tab holes.
7. Push down on the retaining tabs (1) in order to lock the headlamp assembly into the headlamp panel.
8. Install the grille

Your grille and chrome bar are held to your truck with eight clips. You can see the top clips if you look. First VERY GENTLY!!! start pulling your grille until you start popping those clips out. Keep an eye on your chrome bar, because it is clipped into the headlight. GENTLY pull on the chrome bar at the headlight until the clips come off, then work your way over to the other headlight. The goal is to be take your time and be gentle until you have all the clips released. Set your grille aside(be careful not to scratch it). Each head light has two metal tabs on top of it, the outer tabs are slightly hidden in the fender. If you pull these tabs up, it will release the headlight from the frame of the truck(be careful not to let the headlight fall out and scratch your bumper). Once you have the headlight assembly out, pop off the circle rubber cover on the back of the unit. Your bulbs will be inside there, and make sure you don't touch the bulb when removing it. Just reverse the process when your done changing your bulbs. Don't forget to put the rubber cap back on the headlamp unit before you re-install it.

twist the large plastic lock ring counter clock wise(on the back of the headlight assembly)then pull out the old bulb,unplug the wires and reverse removal instructions to reinstall.Just be absolutely sure not to touch the tip of the new bulb,the oil from your skin can cause the new bulb to fail upon installing it.

About 45 minutes labor.It's fairly easy for the mechanically inclined person.You need to remove the trim on the inside of the truck that covers the mirror, then you have mounting screws that you need to remove.If you have a power mirror you need to release the electrical pigtail, then you can take the mirror out.Install is reverse of removal.Any other questions please get back to me.I'm here to help.HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

Can't show you exactly, but is easy to take the grill out and change lamps while it is out! Grill has clips, you just have to un-clip it, pull two tabs on each side on the top and the whole thing comes out! (20 Minutes)
